“Not my cup of tea”
Didn’t read his audience - his humour did not work with the older crowd. Commenting numerous times that the audience was difficult to work with; only compounded the situation. Unable to interact with the audience despite numerous attempts was cringeworthy. Disjointed performance as he made several attempts to rescue his routine. The laughs were faint and hard to come by.

Despite an oddly resistant audience, Frankie worked his arse off and was super nimble for a show that twisted in unexpected directions. His inherent likeability shown through, making the material work. Would definitely recommend.
