Pleasure District

The Pleasure District

Located in Northbridge west of William Street, The Pleasure District is the festival’s most eclectic playground. From circus thrills at The Pleasure Garden in Russell Square to cabaret, live music, and family-friendly shows, this area pulses with Fringe energy every night. Pop-up venues, street performances, beer gardens, and unexpected delights keep audiences wandering, laughing, and discovering something new from early evening into late night. The pubs, bars, and clubs along James Street add extra buzz, making it the ultimate place to roam and stumble upon the unexpected.

Fringe Central

Fringe Central

Fringe Central is where Perth’s cultural heartbeat comes alive. Spanning the Perth Cultural Centre and up William Street, this hub blends iconic venues, pop-up spaces, and lively meeting points. Catch world-class performances at the State Theatre Centre of WA, explore the WA Boola Bardip Museum, or laugh your way through The Laugh Resort at The Shoe. As twilight turns to late-night revelry at The Rechabite, Fringe Central is the perfect place to discover standout shows, connect with artists, and immerse yourself in the festival’s electric energy.

Fringe Town

Fringe Town

In the heart of Perth, Fringe Town is where theatre, comedy, music, and cabaret collide. Liberty Theatre sits at the centre, revitalising the old cinema with two levels of shows, buzzing nightlife, and Fringe flair. Other iconic venues, including His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Town Hall, Belgian Beer Café, and Comedy Lounge Perth, offer performances around every corner. Fringe Town is where the city buzz meets Fringe surprises, with something unexpected waiting every night.

Coastal Funlands

Coastal Funlands

Welcome to Coastal Funlands, south of Perth in the Fremantle region, where sun, sand, and Fringe fun collide. Venues like DADAA, The Sail and Anchor, and Fremantle Comedy Factory host theatre, comedy, music, and more. With beaches, bars, and live shows nearby, it’s perfect for day or night adventures, and pop-up surprises keep audiences coming back for more.

Outer Fringedom

Fringe fun stretches to Rockingham, Mandurah, and Busselton in Outer Fringedom! From theatre and comedy at Rocky Fringe at Encore Rockingham, to laughs and live performances at Shelter Brewing Busselton, this is where you can enjoy Fringe beyond the city limits. Expect discoveries, surprises, and a few local quirks around every venue in this southern playground. 

Westalicious Wonderland

Westalicious Wonderland

A short hop west from the city buzz, Westalicious Wonderland spreads Fringe fun across leafy streets and the buzzing Leederville and Subiaco strips. From intimate cabaret at The Red Room to hands-on adventures at Scitech and standout performances at The Wembley, it’s a place to wander, stumble upon surprises, and keep the festival energy rolling well into the night.

Eastern Feasters

Eastern Feasters

Hop on the Midland line and let Fringe adventures unfold further east. From live gigs at Lyrics Underground and craft-fueled shows at The Seasonal Brewing to cabaret at Night Owl Studio and iconic performances at The Guildford Hotel, there’s always a Fringe surprise waiting to be uncovered. Stick to the northern postcodes and let Fringe take over at venues big and small, from Comedy Shack Hillarys and RISQ Small Bar Joondalup to Ellenbrook Arts Gallery and FringeConnect Stirling 2026. With laughs, live shows, and creative showcases, this northern corner has its own festival personality, full of surprises, no need to wander too far from home.

Southside Sparkle

Southside Sparkle

Southside Sparkle brings Fringe to Perth’s southern side. Venues like Old Mill Theatre, Windmill Comedy Club, and The Balmoral serve up theatre, comedy, music, and more. With performances lighting up the south, this is the region to explore without crossing the river, a perfect mix of big laughs and unexpected delights.
