House Party for the Apocalypse

House Party for the Apocalypse

Welcome to hell.
Hosting a party is already hard enough. It's a lot harder when there's no food, the guests hate each other and there's a zombie apocalypse going on outside.
Following a spate of deaths and a mysterious government announcement to stay inside at all costs, a group of friends are forced to take shelter in the living room of Will's tiny apartment. As the days fly by, patience wears thin and food runs out. The survivors plot their escape, but conspiracy theories and paranoia abound, and suspicions begin to drive the group apart. What's really going on? And why is the local news reporter acting weird?

Really enjoyed the show. Loved Astrid; her comedy and her emotional scene almost brought me to tears. Loved Connor and Will, felt very naturalistic. Wished it was longer so the emotional journeys and backstories could be explored more.

Well done everyone. The cast did so well, great acting. Longer script would have been good to get understanding of each character. Loved Molly and Connor.

A fun production about a fun housewarming gone bad with a new lockdown in a post-covid world. Young adults there for fun reveal their personal struggles as an apocalypse looms! I saw the opening night show - I loved Astrid Astro and I thought the actor for Connor stood out especially strong! My only wish would be a longer time slot to fully dive into the individual character's plot points :) Well done!!
