You'll Be Grand (and other cognitive distortions)
Sharp Irish wit and a therapist’s eye meet in a comic look at why we think, feel and behave the way we do.
★★★★ “A generous and inclusive performer, drawing frequent laughs from start to finish.” Glam Adelaide
Sean Quinn is an Irish comedian and CBT therapist who has spent years listening to people talk about anxiety, overthinking and family dysfunction.
You’ll Be Grand is what happens when an Irishman trained to examine others’ thoughts applies the same logic to himself. From Newry to Australia, Sean explores therapy language, Irish emotional repression and the coping strategies we inherit.
No clinical training required. If you’ve ever overthought, catastrophised or insisted you were “fine” while not being fine, this one’s for you.
You’ll laugh. You might reflect. You’ll be grand.
