Fees Explained

At FRINGE WORLD, supporting the artists and venues who bring the Festival to life is at the heart of what we do. We're committed to ensuring as much ticket revenue as possible goes directly back to them, helping artists earn more from their work and supporting a thriving, sustainable arts sector. We balance this with keeping ticketing fees fair and affordable for audiences, with a transparent and competitive fee structure that puts artists first.

Transaction fee's apply to website, app, and box office purchases to help cover some of the costs associated with providing Ticketing Services for the Festival.

$2.40 for single ticket/membership purchase.

$4.80 for transactions with two or more tickets/items.

Transaction Fees do not apply to donation only transactions, gift vouchers, transactions resulting in a $0 basket, or transactions made over the phone with our Audience Support team. 

FRINGE WORLD is proudly produced by ARTRAGE, a not-for-profit arts organisation. That means we're here to support artists and bring incredible arts experiences to Perth, rather than generate profits for private owners or shareholders. Transaction fees play an important part in making that happen, helping us cover the everyday costs of running the Festival. Your transaction fee's support all the less glamorous (but very important) stuff happening behind the scenes that helps us keep the Festival running and put artists and their work centre stage.
