Fees Explained

We want to be transparent about our fees. Here's what you need to know:

Transaction Fee

A transaction fee applies to all website, app, and box office purchases (excluding phone sales) to help cover some of the cost of processing your order.

Fee Amounts

$2.40 for single ticket/item purchases.
$4.80 for transactions with two or more tickets/items.

The transaction fee also applies to FRINGE WORLD Friends memberships.

Exemptions

Gift Vouchers and Donations - No transaction fee on Gift Voucher purchases and donations.
Artist Support Tickets - Transactions solely for Artist Support Tickets are fee-free.
