Very disappointing. Average circus fare, there are many other shows at fringe which are much more exciting and skilful. There was also too much ‘dance?’ (basically walking in kimonos??) and downtime in between the acts. This would be fine if it wasn’t so expensive. The marketing also seems highly misleading. This did not appear to be a circus group from Japan. It looks like a totally different set of performers from the cirqueworks group that has won the awards.

I had to put my Elton playlist on for the drive home to keep the energy going!

This is a hidden gem well worth discovering. I loved the way it took me back to those quintessential, early-days fringe vibes: -affordable ✅ -intimate ✅ -raw and creatively fearless✅✅ -local up and coming talent✅ -crowd engagement✅ -entertainment from start to finish✅ -fresh and fruity🍑🍑🍑 Saw this last year too. Even better this year. Some great talents to keep an eye on that just keep getting better.
