The Epic Takedown of She Who Must Not Be Named
The name of the play says it all: this is the public takedown of a prolific transphobe. If you've ever been personally victimised by a tweet, this play is for you.
When a certain author discovers that people are reading into the 'queer' themes of her beloved children's book series, she decides to rewrite the entire series to make it clear to the world that she is a no-nonsense, anti-woke feminist. In the process, she discovers there are more issues with her books than she initially thought, from gender-bending potions to mixed-gender sports games. But revising her old work isn't as easy as she expects, as the book characters band together to put an end to her transphobic tyranny.
This play is a love letter to trans people. You are seen and you matter <3
