Tasting Notes
What does Chardonnay sound like? And can you really taste gooseberry and wet stone in wine, or is everyone just bluffing?
Cassandra Charlick is well placed to answer. She’s an award-winning wine writer and Decanter critic who has also performed on West End stages. In Tasting Notes, she brings those worlds together.
Taste four WA wines as Cass makes sense of what’s in your glass, with live songs bringing each one to life. Learn how to spot what you like, put it into words, and ask for it again – whether you’re facing a wine list or a confident dinner guest. Make it a date night, bring the girls, or roll solo for some swirling, singing and sipping.
Come for the cabaret. Leave knowing your way around a glass.
