She Forgets
Before Roxy, there was her Granny. The woman who taught her how to laugh through hard times, find joy in the everyday, and tell a story worth listening to. When Demetia began to steal memories, it didn't steal the love, the laughter, or the bond between them.
Featuring parody songs, cherished memories, and moments both tender and absurd, Roxy shares their story with warmth, honesty, and a healthy dose of Glaswegian mischief. While Dementia can change many things, they don't take away a lifetime of personality, humour, love, or the stories that make us who we are.
Heartfelt, hilarious, and honest, She Forgets shines a light on coping with laughter rather than pity, celebrating the person behind the diagnosis and the love that remains long after memories begin to fade.
