Kate Smurthwaite’s Brand New Show
Kate Smurthwaite undertook an incredible project for Edinburgh Fringe 2026. She wrote and performed a brand new show every day - for twenty days. Critics were amazed at the shows she wrote and the project won a prestigious Malcolm Hardee Award.
Now she’s bringing the project to Australia and audiences can choose one of her (rave reviewed) Edinburgh shows or ask her to write yet another brand new show in 24hrs based on topics they request!
"She may well have taken leave of her not inconsiderable senses...a terrific comic putting it ALL on the line for you" Kate Copstick, Broadway Baby, 2026
