Freidah Will See You Now
It has always been a man’s underworld – ruled by boatmen, judges and gods who demand payment at the threshold. At its edge lives a bewitching creature, not quite divine, not quite mortal. Freidah (no last name) is a once in an afterlife talent, banished by the powers that be (MEN), to the banks of the River Styx. It is here, by the waters edge, where she will usher you, the recently deceased, to begin your afterlife in the underworld... just as soon as the boat gets here...

Caitlin Duff is a Naarm/Melbourne-based clown and theatre maker creating character-based solo comedy shows that explore queer joy, community, and rebellion against dominant power structures. Their practice utilises bold imagery, unusual rhythms, and direct-address improvisation to disarm through absurdity and improvisation - a practice they developed during their time studying at Gaulier in France. Their originality and charismatic buffoonery earned them Best Comedy award at Sydney Fringe (2026) as well as a Golden Gibbo and Best Newcomer nomination at Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2026).Social media
