Dirty Talk
270 million people worldwide listen to audiobooks each month; ‘BookTok’ is trending, & audio-erotica is quickly gaining momentum as a tool for women’s pleasure.
‘Dirty Talk’ is a queer, new age, fantastical rom-com that joyfully explores the audio-romance genre through an immersive soundscape, attempting to untangle the mess of pressure & shame that comes with everything sex & female pleasure.
After a successful run at The Blue Room Theatre, 'Dirty Talk' is LACUNA's FRINGE WORLD debut & they are excited for new audiences to embrace the romance with them.

Presenter
Presented by: LACUNA
Originally from Montreal, Perth, Canberra, and Melbourne, Marie, Emily, Tiahna & Talia found themselves magically intertwined through the Bachelor of Performing Arts at WAAPA, where they connected over a shared love of storytelling, beach reads and Sarah Snook. Dedicated to process and exploration, they create work that centres the female experience. At their core, they are interested in what lies beneath the ‘ordinary’ and the remarkable occurrences of everyday life - exploring the blank spaces, the silences, the shifting of perspectives. Sharing a love of playing with form, LACUNA are inspired by putting together the puzzle pieces that make a great story. Female-centred. Evocative. Celebratory.Social media
