The FRINGE WORLD Box Office is the Festival's front line for customer service, the centre point for general festival information and ticketing for patrons.
The primary responsibility of Box Office Sales Advisors is to provide FRINGE WORLD audiences with a positive experience at FRINGE WORLD box office outlets by offering superior and individualised customer service. Staff will be required to accurately and efficiently operate the FRINGE WORLD ticketing system (VIA) to sell and print tickets for events in a timely manner.
We are looking for a number of staff for multiple roles, including:
- Box Office Sales Advisors
- Box Office Information Hosts
- Box Office Supervisors
Contract period: 6 January 2020 – 17 February 2020.
