The Fringe Fund

Helping FRINGE WORLD artists shine

The Fringe Fund helps FRINGE WORLD artists shine.

Launched in 2016, the Fringe Fund is one of the many initiatives managed by ARTRAGE, the producer of FRINGE WORLD, that has the success of artists at its heart. ARTRAGE is a non-for-profit registered charity.

What does the Fringe Fund support?

Donations to the Fringe Fund support the FRINGE WORLD Awards Program and our Keep On Fringing Grants.

The FRINGE WORLD Awards celebrate the best at the Festival and since 2012 more than $385,600+ has been paid to Award winning artists and for FW24, we've granted more than $14,800+ through the Keep on Fringing Grants.

Your contribution to the Fringe Fund also helps us deliver Keep On Fringing grants to support shows that have experienced a significant setback.

Hello Sunshine

ARTRAGE would like to acknowledge the significant contribution that Gage Roads Brewing Co. has made to the Fringe Fund.

In 2017 Gage Roads Brewing Co. and FRINGE WORLD Festival came together to bring you Hello Sunshine. Part proceeds from every sale of Hello Sunshine in Australia goes to the Fringe Fund, making a massive impact on Fringe artists.

Idle Hands

In 2024, FRINGE WORLD and Idle Hands Drinks Co developed two products that would be sold across the Festival and retail spaces, a Yuzu Gin and Wild Strawberry + White Chocolate Daiquiri Cocktail.

Part proceeds from both these products go towards the Fringe Fund and reinforces the Festival’s connection to local product.

Everyone who purchases tickets to FRINGE WORLD has the opportunity to contribute to the Fringe Fund by adding on a donation at checkout or by donating below.

If you’d like to receive more information about other ways that you or your organisation can contribute to the Fringe Fund, we’d love to hear from you. Please send an email to and we’ll be in touch.

ARTRAGE Inc. is a non for profit registered charity with DGR Item 1 status. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

We thank you for your support of our artists.
