Position: ARTRAGE HR Manager
Contract: Full-time permanent position commencing May/June 2025
Location: ARTRAGE HQ, Perth CBD
The role:
The ARTRAGE HR Manager is a true generalist, responsible for both strategic development and hands-on HR delivery across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, they work closely with the leadership team to support managers and staff on all HR matters.
ARTRAGE values team culture and periodically works with a specialist consultant—currently focused on communication training and embedding new strategic values. The consultant will support the incoming HR Manager for their first six months.
The role requires strong knowledge of the full employment life cycle, change management, employment law, and HR best practices. It also involves overseeing high-volume recruitment of fixed-term staff and volunteers for seasonal events, with a focus on HRIS and compliance.
