About this event

The too late show…

It’s the last late night TV show on Earth. But as ratings fall and production costs rise, ROSE [LIVE] and her crew risk staying alive.

They will pull out all the quips and tricks to flip the switch and keep the cameras rolling.

With guests too hot to handle, more surprises than an Aristos trolley, and games Mike Whitney wouldn’t dare win, all fuelled by an unadulterated need for attention and the spice of life - variety.

Is it a deal, no deal (or can’t deal)? You decide!

Live and direct from the producers of Perth cult-classics Bin Night and Karaoke Rodeoke. Join the TV studio audience for this swansong of human entertainment.

Mummy's Plastic

Mummy’s Plastic is the production company of Boorloo-based artist and comedian Rose KB. Fresh from hosting The Queer Woodchop (MONA FOMA), Mouth of BOK Season 2 (The Blue Room Theatre) and creating floating reality TV show, Forever Bistro (Dark Mofo), Rose returns with her most ambitious show yet, Rose Live.

Her past work includes KARAOKE RODEOKE (FRINGE WORLD 2020), inventing a cryptocurrency based on social capital (KISS CLUB), 24 HOUR KARAOKE (Pig Melon) and creating experimental comedy series ‘Bin Night’ (programmed at 10 Nights in Port, Connection’s Night Club, NestFM and House of BOK and more).

Over the years, she has been an unofficial ambassador of Chicken Treat, voted “Crowd Favourite” in a karaoke competition and performed in Edinburgh, NYC, Berlin and Tasmania.
