Songs and Poems for Life, Death and Rebirth
Songs and Poems for Life, Death, and Rebirth is a philosophical and spiritual companion piece to Art at the End of the World, more like its witchy cousin than its sister. Amber Galbraith performs a range of original songs, poems, and pre-recorded sketches, musing on genesis, time, joy, grief, philosophy, animism, mischief, love, lust, life, death, and rebirth. Ranging from light-hearted love songs to psychedelics, art, and women who misbehave, to more philosophical reflections on our relationships to the self, the other, and the image, Songs and Poems for Life, Death, and Rebirth both laments the ephemeral nature of all and the inexorable passage of time, and celebrates that even in death, life finds a way.
