20 January – 14 February

Moorditj Morning

MOORDITJ MORNING is a cultural celebration in The Pleasure Garden, bringing together First Nations artists to share culture. People of all ages will start the morning with a Welcome To Country and smoking ceremony, followed by traditional dance and didgeridoo. The park will be filled with artists sharing their craft and inviting you to join - painters, musicians, dancers, makers. Try bush-tucker and learn about native plants. Join the yarning circle, hear stories and learn language that connect to this Noongar boodja.

As part of Fringe World 2027 ALIVE ALL HOURS, The Pleasure Garden will open especially for one morning to welcome the community FOR FREE! A great opportunity to get your Fringe on in the daytime and learn local art and culture.

Presented with Corroborree for Life.

The event is free entry and outdoors. Seating not provided in some areas.
