About this event

Following sold out shows in 2024, festival-favourite Impromptunes returns for another year of their award-winning improv musical comedy.

The audience suggests a show title and seconds later a brand new musical is presented for the first, last and only time. Sounds ridiculous? It absolutely is. Australia's top improv comedians will have audiences in stitches in a show full of hijinx, harmony and hilarity.

Impromptunes has being astounding audiences since their debut in 2013, receiving critical acclaim, award nominations and even a win for their live shows and weekly podcast. A show like no other.

It's unrehearsed. It's unpredictable. It's a whole lot of fun. It's Impromptunes!
