Sam Zito: I'm Happy Either Way
Join Sam for an hour of comedy and find out what he’s been up to over the past year. Fresh off an international sketch comedy tour with Live Nation and having opened for some of Australia’s biggest stand-up comedians; Blake Pavey and Luke Kidgell. Sam is bringing his unique blend of humor to the stage. The 5-foot-9 (and a half) Australian-Italian comedian dives into topics like being a pushover/ people pleaser, my mental health, the weird and often contrived world of social media, of course, demerit points.
A founding member of the comedy sketch group Swag on the Beat, Sam has stepped out on his own to pursue his passion for stand-up with his he performed at the Melbourne Comedy fest last year; 'I'm Happy Either Way'.

I have been doing stand up for over three years. I have done comedy all over Aus, New Zealand and in England. I did 11 shows are MICF last year and sold out two, nearly sold out a few more! I have done stand up in many theatres; opening for Blake Pavey and Luke Kidgell. I was a Raw national finalist and was the founder of sketch comedy group Swag on the beat and performed sketch comedy internationally in theatres with Live nation. I have have chosen to follow my passion of stand up comedy and am planning to tour my show (I'm Happy Either way) in 2026 all around Australia, with Perth fringe being a big part of that!
