The Showman’s Fair

At Showman’s Fair, you can also indulge in the barbecue delights of Hot Mama Hot, Dutch waffles and you might even find some Dutch candy sellers roving about!

FRINGE WORLD Festival aims for 50% representation by local bricks and mortar restaurants at its hubs and we’re thrilled to have reached that target!

A little something to drink?

All our hub bars are stocked with a range of Gage Road Brewing Co beers and ciders, spirits and MadFish wines. We even have some special Fringe themed cocktails on offer.

While you’re at The Pleasure Garden keep an eye out for FREE MadFish wine tasters! Hang out near The MadFish Fountain Bar at The Pleasure Garden on Friday and Saturday nights and look out for the roving burlesque girls wearing retro beach-outfits.

Finally, to satisfy the sweet tooth this summer time we have partnered with Chicho Gelato to develop our very own desert the FRINGE FIZZ. Sherbert, sorbet and all kinds of sweetness – it’s perfect for the best time of year, Fringe time!
