The Woodside Pleasure Garden
Perth's favourite Fringe playground is The Woodside Pleasure Garden in Northbridge, home to the biggest range of entertainment in the Fringe.
It’s the perfect place to enjoy Perth’s balmy summer evenings with friends or family. There’s buskers entertainment every night, free performances from everyone’s favourite the FRINGE WORLD Mermaids and more food and refreshment choices than ever before.
Make sure you come and check out our school holiday program when we're open from 1pm all week from 18 January, with loads of ticketed and free entertainment happening throughout to keep the whole family happy.
Located a short ten-minute walk from the Perth Bus or Train station and a short stroll from the other FRINGE WORLD hubs including The Ice Cream Factory, FRINGE Central and Yagan Square.
This pop-up hub takes over the entire park of Russell Square and is licensed throughout. Dogs are not allowed at The Woodside Pleasure Garden (service animals and guide dogs excepted).

Closest Bus Stop: Perth Bus Station is approximately a 10 minute walk: exit onto Roe Street and turn left. Turn right onto Melbourne street and then you'll hit the Woodside Pleasure Garden.
Closest Train Station: Perth Station is approximately a 10 minute walk: exit onto Roe Street and turn left. Turn Right onto Melbourne Street and then you’ll hit the Woodside Pleasure Garden.

- There are no dedicated wheelchair accessible parks.
- There is a unisex accessible toilet at the venue.
The Woodside Pleasure Garden is a licensed area and security may ask to see valid Photo ID to gain entry. If you cannot produce valid photo ID then you may be refused entry, without refund for any tickets purchased. Under 18's are welcome to licensed areas but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult and the decision to allow entry is entirely at the discretion of the licensee.
