Where will you be Fringing?

There are so many amazing venues taking part in FRINGE WORLD, so here's a look behind the curtain!
Where will you be Fringing?

FRINGE WORLD Hubs explained.

The Pleasure Garden and Girls School are our most iconic and popular venues, hosting a total of 15 performance spaces and loads of brilliant shows. These seasonal hubs and the venues within are all managed by FRINGE WORLD, which is why we are able to host box offices, sell merchandise and offer Friends special benefits like Skip the Line!

You'll be getting your first glimpse of us in Perth Cultural Centre this year with the first of our iconic pink Box Offices from 15 December. The Pleasure Garden in Northbridge and Girls School in East Perth are open for the Festival from 14 January.

What about the other venues?

FRINGE WORLD operates in an open access model, which means that any local venues interested in taking part can find shows and become a Fringe venue. This allows us the wonderful opportunity to work with year-round local venues everywhere from The State Theatre Centre to the Kalamunda Hotel.

These independent venues privately manage everything from their programming of shows to their Front of House staff and operate year-round as entertainment and cultural venues, restaruants, bars and everything in between. Going to a Fringe show at our independent venues is a brilliant way to see your local places in a new light!
