Patrick is a phenomenal personality. He has a commanding physique which plays an important part in his recollections of his childhood friendship. The lighting and sound work was excellent but i found Patrick jumped from one episode to another without a real thread connecting the series together. Definitely a different sort of experience. This is a stunning and raw retelling of the Prometheus myth, situating it at the heart of a contemporary understanding of identity as this relates to society and the body. It’s vulnerable and real. The writing and cast are impressive while the incorporation of live music and the talent of the musician further lends to a performance that is heartfelt and steeped in emotion. Reflective, nuanced and thought-provoking.
