After experiencing Colossal I was so looking forward to this show and it was just as moving, I loved it. Patrick is a master storyteller, such perfect timing and engrossing movement and voice. Australia is lucky to have he and his brother back - I’m hoping they will make it to the festival circuits on the east coast, especially Melbourne.

Patrick is a phenomenal personality. He has a commanding physique which plays an important part in his recollections of his childhood friendship. The lighting and sound work was excellent but i found Patrick jumped from one episode to another without a real thread connecting the series together. Definitely a different sort of experience. Patrick is a phenomenal storyteller, performer, and writer. Colossal was our favourite show from last year, and The Way Way Deep was a brilliant follow up that will hard to best. Clever writing, brilliant delivery, fantastic lighting/sound work, and just the right amount of ambiguity in the storytelling. Absolutely loved it.
