recital.
what makes someone a dancer? in an entrancing blend of visual and verbal storytelling, six west-australian performers explore their complex and ever-changing relationship with dance and the way it has shaped them into the people they are today. ‘recital.’ follows a rehearsal process as the performers reflect on their identity and growth - both as dancers and as people.

it’s such a beautiful, raw and authentic performance i’m positive most people in the arts can relate to in a way! or even people who enjoy the arts and have always wanted to be a part of it. even then, the direction and choreography is mesmerising and everyone involved are so passionate about sharing and creating, it’s simply a delight to witness 🥰
