In this show, two beloved artforms are pitted against one another, with an audience vote deciding whether magic or burlesque will triumph as the winner. Cameron the Magician was the sole representative of magic for the evening, with three burlesque artists teaming up for burlesque - Coco Fatale, Lulu Liqueur, and Miss Lady Lace.

Cameron the Magician introduced the sell-out show with personable and comedic banter. His magic tricks impressed the sober and confounded the tispy, with a good deal of humour thrown in for good measure. With strong elements of audience participation, Cameron’s magic was a clear crowd pleaser.

The audience vote ran clearly in one direction, after which the losing team performed a hilarious but surprisingly adept interpretation of the losing team’s artform. With different burlesque artists performing on different nights, this is a show you’ll want to see twice.
