About this event

Join us for a night of Aboriginal storytelling as we present a special screening of the haunting anthology, The Darkside (2013), directed by award-winning filmmaker Warwick Thornton. The Darkside explores the art of storytelling, encounters with the supernatural and our deep connection to ancestral generations.
Immerse yourself in ghostly campfire tales and discover over 90 stunning artworks in Spinifex People: Art and stories from Pila Nguru, which celebrates the Spinifex People's deep connection to Country. This exhibition beautifully complements The Darkside, weaving together Aboriginal stories and cultural ties to the land while reflecting the spiritual beliefs that shape their lives.

Exhibition 7pm-8pm | Film 8pm

Light food and drinks available for purchase. BYO snacks permitted.
