About this event

Bring your bestie/s or make some new bffs at the 7th annual all gal comedy love-in (in the spirit of tradition set by Parks & Rec's Leslie Knope).

Share good times and great laughs as Australia’s longest running comedy club The Laugh Resort presents Fringe’s funniest comedians of the female persuasion, on the stage that helped launch the likes of Mel Buttle and Claire Hooper.

"A night filled with great fun and plenty of laughter... (with) fantastic stand-up acts from a diverse pool of local & international female comedians." Perth Happenings, 2023

With previous guests including TV & radio stars, festival faves & award winners, 2025 - with The Motherhood's Emma Krause as MC - promises a gender-inclusive celebration of friends, laughter & surprises.

"Laughed so hard I cried" Fringefeed, 2022

Presented by:
Laugh Resort Inc.

What started as a bunch of actors and open-micers trying their hand at stand-up in the late 80s became the cornerstone Perth’s comedy scene would grow up around.
In 1991 The Laugh Resort became Australia’s only known Incorporated Association for stand-up comedy.
For 25 years it presented a weekly club show, programmed festival stages, main stage theatre and charity galas, relaunching in 2018 with a show in Yagan Square the 3rd Wed each month. Mar-Jan.
As a not-for-profit, the Association relies on the support of its members and audiences.
In turn, it provides advocacy, advice and other benefits to comedy industry members, fostering the best in Perth comedy by providing development and performance opportunities for emerging and established artists and top value entertainment for audiences.
