About this event

As seen on Kill Tony and busking on a street near you, Biddy O'Loughlin's one-woman show is a mixture of dark, dry comedy and sweet, sad songs.

Presented by:
Brigid O'Loughlin

Biddy O’Loughlin is a writer, actor, singer, comedian and filmmaker from Alice Springs.

In 2011 she wrote, produced and performed a solo show, The Girl Who Thought She Was Irish, at the Edinburgh International Arts Festival. The show travelled to Belfast, Geneva, Galway, Dublin, Limerick, London and Montreal.

In 2012, Biddy wrote a second solo show, Funny Rabbit, for the Melbourne Fringe. It went nowhere.

Biddy has been on Kill Tony and regularly goes singing on the street.

This is her third (and future Barry award-winning) solo show.

Biddy has enjoyed small parts in Australian film and television productions and her left elbow has appeared in a Heinz Soup Commercial.
