The Pleasure Garden is a licensed area and security may ask to see valid Photo ID to gain entry. If you cannot produce valid photo ID then you may be refused entry, without refund for any tickets purchased. Under 18's are welcome to licensed areas but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult and the decision to allow entry is entirely at the discretion of the licensee.

Step-free mobility aid access through the main entrance with an accessible bathroom.

Wheelchair accessible entrance will be available by a temporary ramp.

The entrance to the event space has steps and may not be suitable for people using mobility aids.

There are 10 stairs at the space entrance.

Not all internal pathways, including to and from seating are well lit.

 

Wheelchair companions

There is no space for a service animal to be with a patron.

No space for a carer/partner/companion to sit directly next to the patron using a wheelchair.

 

Venue comfort

This space doesn't have air conditioning.

This space doesn't have seating.

This space doesn't have a designated area for people to wait in line.
