You can use your 2021 Gift Vouchers at Fringe Encore!

We are honouring all existing Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes issued for 2021 in the Fringe Encore Season!  
 
We understand everyone has different circumstances and while we would love it if you could support our 2021 artists in Fringe Encore, we understand that’s not always possible. 

 
 
I have a FRINGE WORLD 2021 Gift Voucher that I have never claimed

If you have a FRINGE WORLD Gift Voucher that was never claimed, your voucher is valid until 28 February 2021.  
 
 

I claimed my Gift Voucher but my tickets were cancelled 

If your tickets were cancelled, you would have been emailed that you would receive a credit note.  
 
If the cancellation occurred before Sunday 31 January, your credit note will be valid for redemption during the FRINGE WORLD Encore (until Sunday 28 February).  
 
If the cancellation occurred after Sunday 31 January, your credit note will be valid until the end of the 2022 Festival. You would have received notification of this in your cancellation email. 
 
We encourage all patrons to spend their Gift Vouchers and credit notes during our Fringe Encore to directly support the artists affected by the lockdown and restrictions. 

What if I spent my voucher across multiple transactions? 

You will receive credit notes for the tickets that were cancelled. Please see above to clarify when these will be valid until. Your other tickets or remaining amount on your voucher won’t be affected.  
 

 
How to redeem a Gift Voucher or Credit Note  

Tips to redeem your credit note and gift vouchers: 

Log in to your account first as some vouchers are restricted to use only on your account 

Ensure you enter the 16 character code in the 'Redeem Voucher' box and select 'Add Voucher' (not the 'promo code' box)'
