I wanted to like it, but just not funny enough. Probably hampered by the fact that there were only 15 audience members. There were funny jokes but the show just didn't come together

Paul Savage delivers a 50-minute comedy show on coming to Australia from the United Kingdom, falling in love with the country and an Australian woman.

The set speaks of a story of love and loss through humour. It really is a rollercoaster of a story!

Paul Savage’s style of comedy is a conversational storytelling style. The jokes resulted from the story being told and the experiences of Paul’s life relayed to the audience. Paul is a charismatic individual and uses his charisma and wit to bring to life his show.

The show did garner some laughs from the audience and some audience interactions with Paul.

The venue provides an intimate setting for the show to occur, providing an environment which is similar to a family member showing their comedy at a Christmas lunch. Entering Neon Palm, you enter a venue with bright colours and a cheesy holiday vibe.

This show is recommended for adults only and as such comes with an 18+ restriction. It does come with a coarse language warning but could also include a warning on sexual references.
