Re-live your childhood (or perhaps parenthood) as Playtime: The Bestest Bits tackles the big millennial issues in the only way a millennial can, colourful shirts and a magic box of toys. If you, like me, always wanted to be in the studio audience for the kid’s shows on TV, now you can live out your dream with Playtime!

I wasn't expecting to be hit so hard with nostalgia for one my favourite childhood shows. But with all the classics of story time, the magic clock and looking through the window that’s exactly what happened. Think Playschool crossed with The Wiggles but for adults.

The cast’s dynamic performance beautifully portrayed kid’s show hosts. The overly bright and bubbly façade which slipped throughout the show, as they each confronted their issues. Coupled along with a witty script, bold audience participation, and some hilarious original nursery rhymes, Playtime: The Bestest Bits has everything you need.

In case you missed the memo, this show is not for kids. With the Kleenheat Sizzle factor of Hot expect some swearing, suggestive moves and … toys. However, the show is incredibly clever and kept a tastefulness that avoids the awkwardness of when a sex scene starts playing during an afternoon movie viewing with your parents. Playtime: The Bestest Bits is a great show for adults of all ages and can be enjoyed with anyone; family, friends, co-workers, even a first date.
