Alcohol is Good For You has a fun show premise of comedians taking shots if their jokes don't land, and let's just say, a lot of their jokes didn't land. I think some of the comedians just wanted free drinks the number of shots they were putting back!

This show is not for the faint of heart, a very adult-themed night full of abrasive humour, some of it centred around the comedian's own stories and some thrown at the crowd. The show is a good place for newer comedians to use the crowd as a sounding board for their jokes and stories, so be aware some might be great, but many will flop.

The comedians are a very mixed bunch, from amateurs just starting out to seasoned comedians with a good chunk of shows down their belts. It is a ruckus of a show, very loose, but considering they are all taking vodka shots on stage, that's the point. Even the MC was called out to take shots for some of his flops.

If you don't mind sitting through comedians getting loose and trying out sets on you and are just after a good time, this show is a great one for you.
