DIVAS - The Drag Revue is hands down one of the best drag shows I’ve ever seen. It’s slick, polished… ok I take that back – this show is carefully controlled chaos, but its amazing and I’m here for it. The Queens are epically talented, the choreography is tight, and the vocals are insane!

Divas is emceed by the iconic, incomparable Dean Misdale who sassily gyrates to a range of pop, musical theatre and disco numbers. Misdale is bitingly funny, entertaining the audience with sharp wit and funny stories in between numbers, but the real strength is the vocals.

Misdale stunned the audience with an incredible rendition of long-time drag favourite Poor Unfortunate Souls. Another epic number included singing while atop an aerial seat to Somewhere Over the Rainbow – yaas Queen!

Sassie Cassie brought her trademark style to some epic dance routines, including a stunning costume reveal dance number, as well as her unique lip sync style. Fay Rocious brought her professional dance moves and more energy than you can shake a stick at.

The Queens are accompanied by backup dancers Alex and Flynn, who each bring their own unique style and verve to the show. Alex is an absolute joy to watch on stage, his love for his performance evident in his gorgeous grin and every step. Flynn certainly raised the temperature in the room with his amazing boylesque routine and tight dance moves.

DIVAS is everything I want in a fringe show – fun, joyful and professional. It is a bedazzled, crystalline celebration of everything camp, and audiences should run for a ticket!
