Raunchy, energetic and full of rock and roll, The Club will transport to into the music festival and Vegas-style club scene that now only exits in the history books and memories of generations past.

The Showhouse Perth have brought forth an A-Class musical playlist from some of the all-time greatest artists, whose music has well and truly stood the test of time. Paired with each song, the accompanying dance routines provide a flashback to a time, lost in history, when it would have been possible to see these musicians in the flesh.

On opening, the cinematic production immediately tugged at our heart-strings, dropping us into the deep end with the timeless and contagious vocals of Amy Winehouse, brought to us via the institution of MTV news. As the energy lifted and tempo grew, we were drawn into the impressiveness of the dance troupe now competing with the screen for our attention, with their remarkable synchronisation and well-choreographed moves, not to mention the exotic wardrobe.

At The Club, you won’t be able to help yourself but sing along and dance in your seat – especially as the spot-light hits you (yes you!) with some bold audience members sharing their favourite dance moves with the crowd. For anyone with an appreciation for the likes of INXS, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, Prince, Nirvana or Michael Jackson, look no further! This well-orchestrated production will have your booty shaking in no time.

The Club proved itself to be quite the multifaceted production likely to satisfy the masses, with gravity defying pole work, keenly choreographed moves, circus performances, guitar solos or even fire twirling, paired well to each song.

The Club is sure to be a fun and energising night out for anyone with ears (truly) or perchance for booty shaking. But we warned, you walk out with the stark realisation they really don't make music like they used to!
