From sold-out nights to show-stopping surprises, FRINGE WORLD 2026 has delivered a festival season that truly raised the bar. This year’s festival reached dazzling new heights, delivering an incredible 607 shows across the Perth area and, for the first time ever, venturing down to beautiful Busselton. From packed houses to standing ovations, FRINGE WORLD 2026 proved once again that summer in WA belongs to the arts.

Across theatres, pop-up venues, and beloved hubs, artists lit up stages with bold ideas, big laughs, breathtaking acrobatics, powerhouse vocals and boundary-pushing storytelling. The expansion into Busselton marked an exciting new chapter for the festival, connecting even more communities with the joy, creativity and electric atmosphere that define FRINGE WORLD.

This success belongs first and foremost to our phenomenal artists, whose talent and tenacity brought 607 shows to life. To our tireless crew, venue teams, volunteers and staff – your passion behind the scenes makes every moment possible.
