You & Me is a domestic drama and a psychological thriller. This clever, funny, and emotionally charged one-act play about a wife needing answers from her husband, tackles a key issue of our time – the predatory behavior of men.
Written by leading British dramatist Dan Rebellato, You & Me isn’t a story about men in positions of power, it’s a story about you and me, about ordinary people and everyday sexism.
But there's a twist, the male actor plays the woman and the female actor plays the man.
Set in a recording studio, the actors decide to swap roles. This role reversal challenges preconceptions and offers a subtle, sometimes funny, always provocative approach to a familiar and cliché-ridden issue.
