We are passionate about sustainability and bringing like-minded people together around the dinner table. Relax and converse over an extraordinary, ethical farm-to-table menu with Vegan options.
Chef Oli will guide you through the meal, paired with Swan Valley wine, it will be a conceptual journey combining all the senses. The topic of sustainability also carries through to a featured local artist and a team of creatives. We aim to question how sustainability is today's biggest creative challenge.
We'll be donating 50% of profits to not-for-profit organisation; Sustainable Table.
