About this event

The Museum of Lost Things is a One-Man Storytelling venture into the inter-dimensional Lost and Found. Through words, music, laughter and smiles WAAPA graduate Rian Howlett (The Wrong Girl, Neon Laneway, Dr Duck,Talk Dirty to Me) takes you on a journey into the lives of items, places and people that slip down the back of the couch.

Almost exactly like the butt world in Rick and Morty, except entirely different, this show asks you to take off your thinking caps and put on your feeling hearts. After all, who doesn't want to be a little found?

Suitable for children, perfect for millennials, or anyone who's spent far too long looking for something. Bring your friends, bring your mum. Let's be alone together.

Presented by:
Rian Howlett

Rian is a multi-disciplinary artist, born in Hong Kong in 1993. He has performed in Brisbane, Perth, Hakuba (Japan) and Hong Kong. In 2015 he graduated from the three year BA in Acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He now specialises in fantastical work, which tickles the imagination through movement, text and visual spectacle.

He has a background in devising new work and performed in sold out seasons of I Can Breathe Underwater (Lead actor) and Talk Dirty to Me (Choregrapher, Principal Dancer) within Perth’s Fringeworld. He has danced in Perth’s Neon Laneway as part of the Winter Lights Festival.
