Daisy Productions was formed in 2002 and has produced a large number of events at venues including His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Mandurah Performing Arts Center and Sydney Opera House. Penny is one half of comic opera duo DivaLicious and has worked as assistant director on Robert Hofmann's previous FRINGE WORLD hits including Desperately Young at Heart, winner of Best Cabaret WA, and What the Fandango?! Penny and Robert have performed numerous principal roles for West Australian Opera alongside star repetiteur Tommaso Pollio.
