Duane Forrest is a Toronto-based playwright & multimedia artist blending jazz, reggae, bossa nova, soul, and smooth vocals. He has released 3 albums, with tours in Canada, Europe, and Central America. In 2017, Duane debuted "Climb," a solo music storytelling show at the Toronto Fringe Festival, receiving praise from founder Gregory Nixon. "Climb" was also showcased at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2019 and 2022, and the Milan Fringe Festival in 2023, where it was a runner-up for "Show of the Festival." His new show, "Bob Marley: How Reggae Changed the World," earned a 5-star review from Broadway Baby. Duane continues to push artistic boundaries, exploring social justice themes through his music and theatre.
