Andy Balloch is a multiple award winning Naarm / Melbourne based comedic writer, performer, improviser, actor, and director, having won the Queensland Touring Award at Melbourne Fringe Festival ‘23, Weekly Award at Adelaide Fringe ‘24, been nominated for the Golden Gibbo award (MICF 2023), Green Room awards for best writing cabaret (Un-Wine-D & The Butch is Back, both with Reuben Kaye, 2022, 2021), Australian Podcast of the Year award (Best Comedy Podcast) for 'Cher & Retweet' with Justin Porter (2019), and the GLOBE Artist of the year award (2017). He directed Anna Piper-Scott’s ‘None of that Queer stuff’ & Pedro Cooray’s (Thank god you’re here) debut show for Melbourne Fringe Festival.
