About this event

Best Comedy Award, WA Winner at FRINGE WORLD 2024

"Absolutely amazing. Comedic genius." ★★★★★ Fringefeed, 2024

What's the secret to a FABULOUS life?

For years, Emma Krause thought it was smiling sweetly, appeasing others, and doing the "right" thing.
Yeah. That sh*t doesn’t work.

Secretly, the school teacher and mum wanted to try stand-up comedy, but she never felt brave or “rock n roll” enough. What would happen when she got on stage and people saw that long swishing tail she hid so well?

7 years into comedy, Emma no longer cares.

A show about fears, limits, unsolicited advice and where all that can be shoved.

Presented by:
Emma Krause

Emma burst onto the Perth comedy scene in 2017, making her way through to 2 State RAW Comedy Grand Finals. She was fast tracked to audition for Channel Seven’s “Australia’s Got Talent” in 2019, where she became a FINALIST, opening the door to a career in comedy.

Emma stars in the Oz Lotto ads, playing Sue Finlay. She also toured the nation between 2016 – 2023 with the Comedy Trio, The Motherhood.

In 2024, Emma decided to debut her very first Solo Show at the Perth Fringe World festival. The entire run of 20 shows sold out, and she took out two awards at the festival, including Best Comedy.

Emma spent 2024 touring this show to sold-out audiences around WA and interstate. She returns to Fringe World in 2025 with an encore run of her previously SOLD OUT show.
