The Killdeer: A Musical
Five years after being declared missing, lost teenager Elliot has returned
home and must come to terms with the adjustments he and his family must
make in order to reconnect with his place in this world. Blending various
genres of music across the worlds of pop, rock, hip-hop and folk, The
Killdeer tells a tense and unpredictable coming of age tale.
Originally written by a diverse team of local songwriting talent throughout 2018, and performed at Nexus Theatre in March of 2019 to critical acclaim, The Killdeer: A Musical finds new life through FRINGE WORLD 2020. With an updated tracklist, revamped staging, and all-new original compositions.
