The Bubble Canteen, supported by the City of Perth

Overflowing with joy, wonder and 20,000 bubbles per minute, The Bubble Canteen transforms Forrest Place into a shimmering playground of play and connection. This large-scale, visual, language-free installation invites audiences aged 0–100 to step into a world where bubbles drift, laughter rises, and strangers become friends.

Performed by eccentric, loveable characters, the work blends physical comedy, clowning and gentle interaction - no tickets, just pure delight in the heart of the city. The Bubble Canteen is a place to pause, breathe, and remember the simple magic of being together. Perfect for families, passers-by, and anyone in need of a little lightness - this is Fringe joy at its most generous, playful and unforgettable.
