'Why are you still single?' Polly Polanski is asked once again, by some naive
acquaintance. The has-been TV reporter scans the room of her friend's
party. All her friends are married and procreating. Instead, she's got RSI
from swiping right, she's taken to late night baking like Nigella, and
talking to her indoor plants. She spends her nights snuggled up to a
bottle of wine and occasionally lets the neighbourhood cat in for some
company. #singlelife needs help. Will she be considered a whole person
without another half?
