Sam Kissajukian: 300 Paintings

Sam has been a comedian for over a decade, having toured globally. He’s recently had breakout success as a visual artist with solo exhibitions at Brisbane Powerhouse, the MRAG museum and an upcoming exhibition at Light Adelaide and Summerhall in the UK.

Sam has been working professionally as a stand-up comedian for 10 years. He's toured globally in the USA, UK, Europe and all around Australia.
Recently he's had a breakout year as a visual artist. Within 12 months of going public with his art he's been invited to hold solo exhibitions at several institutions such as Summerhall (UK), Brisbane Powerhouse, and Maitland Regional Art Gallery. He tours a show detailing his journey through Bipolar and into art called "300 Paintings" which won Best Comedy and the Festival Director's Award at the Sydney Fringe Festival 2022.
In 2023, Sam toured the festivals FRINGE WORLD Perth and Adelaide Fringe. In Perth he won the festival's Weekly Comedy Award. "300 Paintings" received five star reviews from numerous publications.
