Imagine a hot Latin night for some authentic Cuban sounds under the stars. International Award Winning Musician Adam Hall (AUS) and the Velvet Playboys join forces with Cuban Maestro Mohamed Builo Michel (CUB) and members of the Cuban Young Guns.
Some of the hottest young Musicians combine with a maestro from Havana in Cuba for an evening of passion, dancing, and "Pura Vida" - The Passion for life.
This 9 piece band will take on the music of the Buena Vista Social Club, Cuban, and Soul Classics fusing the fiery Latin rhythms with a modern sound in a way you have never heard before.

Adam Hall is an accomplished Trumpeter, Vocalist, and Composer based in Perth, Western Australia. He began playing in 1990 at the age of 10, and later studied the craft at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. Adam is also competent in playing the Trombone, Alto Sax, Piano, Euphonium, Mellophonium, and a little bit of Bass and Drums for good measure.
In his early career Adam played at the Sydney Olympics. He has worked with numerous talents such as: James Morrison, Don Burrows, 45-year-long former leader of the Count Basie Orchestra Frank Foster, Shirley Horn's band, Vanessa Amorosi and Grace Knight, to name just a few.
